What's with the nonsensical spam content?
I tried to reactivate the copy with the same key from my OEM disk but no joy as the program is saying that the key is already in use. Apparently when you reboot the hard drive is seen in a totally new light and the operating system thinks that it is being used on a different computer because of this.

One box already install onto my PC & notebook and the other one is NOT. Is it possible to keep it as long as I like when I have another new PC in the future. At the very least, it prevents any given product key from being used on more than two computers -- regardless of who uses them.

Vista On More Then One Computer
Problem is, I used an upgrade version and of course the oem version was the full install. So, now I'm stuck - it won't accept the product key from the laptop, and I don't want to use the product key from the already being used upgrade version. And of course, there's no cancel option on the repair.

I recently bought a used copy of Vista Home Premium on eBay. Last time I ever buy a used OS. From the description, I got the impression that it had not been I tried activating the license, but it has already been activated.
